1. Robust Construction

  - The Honing Guide Jigs feature a hardened carbon steel roller wheel that resists wear, preventing flat spots from forming over time.

   - Its body, crafted from durable cast aluminum, is coated with anti - rust paint, ensuring long - lasting durability and protection against corrosion.

2. Adjustable Clamping Range

  - Easily modify the clamping width by turning the screw - cap.

  - It accommodates chisels with widths ranging from 1/8" to 1 - 7/8", and plane irons from 1 - 3/8" to 3 - 1/8".

  - Comes with flat jaws for securely clamping mortise chisels and grooved jaws suitable for paring chisels and planer blades.

3. Precise Angle Setting

  - Achieve accurate sharpening angles by adjusting the tool projection with the sharpening jig.

  - For example, a 30mm chisel projection sets a 30° angle, while 40mm gives a 25° angle. For plane irons, 38mm projection corresponds to 30°, and 50mm to 25°.

  - Additional angle settings are detailed in the included instruction manual.

4. User - Friendly Operation

  - Although the Honing Jigs appear straightforward, first - time use may be confusing.

  - It is recommended to carefully follow the step - by - step instructions provided in the box to consistently achieve a perfect edge.
